1.0 General Enquiries

1.1 What Are Your Minimum Order Quantities?

Minimum order quantities for an item start at 20 pieces per order.
For each design, the minimum order quantity must be 20 pieces per color. You must choose at least 3 colors.
You can choose up to 8 sizes.
Different minimum order quantities may apply for custom hardware, fabrics, trim, concepts, dyeing, printing, embroidery. Please inquire for details

1.2 Does The Process Take From Design To Delivery?

From design to delivery, the whole process usually takes around 1-2 months.
Product development lead time: 1 week from payment of product development fee and confirmation of all details.
Sample Delivery Time: Unless otherwise stated, 1-2 weeks from the date of technical package approval and purchase of concept/label/label/packaging.
Mass Production Lead Time: Unless otherwise stated, 2-3 weeks from the date we receive the approved technical package, deposit, order, item/label/label/packaging.

1.3 How Much Do Samples Cost?

1.4 What Fabrics Do You Have?

We have a library full of cotton, polyester, viscose, viscose, denim, georgette, lace and many other fabrics.
As part of our custom ordering service, we offer fabric sourcing if you can think of a specific fabric that isn’t in our library.

1.5 How Do I Select My Fabrics?

Once you have sent us your design details and fabric references for each design, it will take our sourcing team 5-7 days to find the right fabric options and send you a physical copy*.
*Please note that 5-7 day purchases do not include shipping

1.6 Customısed Hardware / Garment Accessories / Packaging Services

At Neta we allow you to have your own custom hardware, ribbons, labels, tags, apparel accessories and packaging to create a fully branded product.

2.0 Shipping, Returns & Refunds

2.1 Shipping Options

We provide air and ocean freight services through a variety of shipping partners.
However, since ocean freight is charged by CBM (cubic meter), for quantities below 3000 units, air freight is recommended as it is more cost and time efficient.
Shipping to your destination may be subject to customs charges and duties*.
*Duties and Duties – Please note that customers are responsible for these taxes and duties.

2.2 Export Clearance

Export licenses and customs documents are prepared for all shipments handled by Netazone, which are included in shipping costs.
If you want to arrange your own shipping, please note that Netazone is on a FOB (Free On Board) basis and Netazone is not responsible for clearing the goods for export to your destination.

2.3 Can You Ship To My Country?

We ship to most places in the world. For shipping, please contact us here for a custom quote.

2.4 Insurance

By default, we do not purchase shipping insurance.
Neta is not responsible for any loss after the shipment has been handed over to the carrier if the shipment is lost or lodged in customs in the destination country.
Please purchase insurance based on your freight invoice value to ensure your shipments are protected against such force majeure events.


3.0 Payments

3.1 Mode of Payment

We accept payments in cash, local bank transfers, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) and Paypal.
Our preferred international payment provider is Iyzico as they offer better exchange rates than banks.
*Local Bank Transfer – For Singapore Customers Only
*PayPal – When paying with Paypal, there is an additional 4% Paypal fee surcharge

3.2 Payment Terms

Sample stage – 100% prepaid courier, purchasing and sample cost.
Resampling phase – 25% deposit before resampling starts
Mass production deposit – After the sample is passed, we need to pay 25% to start mass production.
Final payment for mass production – 50% balance + shipping fee will be paid after mass production is completed.
*Discount on sample fee will be credited to remaining invoice

4.0 Printing

4.1 What Kind Of Printing Options Do You Offer?

4.2 Can I Provıde My Own Garments For Printing?

No, we do not offer a separate printing service, only on our garments.

4.3 How Many Colours Can I Use On My Artwork?

We can screen print up to 4 colors, any artwork with more than 4 colors will be printed using the Direct To Garment printing method as it is cheaper and prints better.

4.4 Do We Use a White Under Base For Printing?

We do not use a white primer for screen printing. Digital printing uses a white primer to print light designs onto dark fabrics.

4.5 What Printing Method Do You Use For All-Over Prints?

We will use screen printing to print all over cotton and cotton/polyester blended fabrics.
For polyester fabrics we use sublimation printing.

4.6 What Inks Do We Use For Screen Printing?

For screen printing on light colored fabrics, we use water-based inks.
For screen printing on dark fabrics we use plastisol inks.

4.7 What Inks Neta Do Use For Digital Printing Or Direct To Garment Printing?

We use water-based inks for digital and direct-to-garment printing.

4.8 Can Embroıdery Be Done On The Printed Part Of The Garment?

Embroidery can only be done on sublimated printed garments.

4.9 All-Over Printing Disciaimer

Please note that neckline ribbing cannot be printed due to inappropriate ribbed fabrics.
